Pros We changed to Wrike about a year and a half ago and have truly appreciated its functionality and options for our team. We like the folder option to keep everything organized and in one place for all of our team to find as well as the dashboard to see all tasks due or coming due. Cons We aren't huge fans of how recurring tasks are set up.
Wrike has been working to improve those options but we have still had issues with that function. We also don't like that we can't really prioritize outside of clicking an exclamation mark and marking 'high priority.' We wish there was some way to mark priority 1, 2, and 3, for example, as we go about our daily tasks. Convenient solution for organizing collaboration Pros The online service Wrike helps us to organize the process of working together on large projects. The tool allows you to set tasks and set priorities for them.
You can conduct a dialogue with colleagues in the tasks. Available time accounting function.
Cons As for the flaws of the Wrike platform, the first thing I want to point out is the lack of opportunity to create forecasts. The second minus is no function for organizing meetings and conferences. Project Management made easy Wrike will not save your organization by itself.
You still need to have project management fundamentals for it to work. It is a tool, and a very valuable one, but don't expect it to be a magic wand. Pros Everyone needs project management, but to differing degrees. For a web-based application, Wrike offers the ability for everyone to get into project management without the complexity of using a tool like Microsoft Project Server.
Cons It doesn't have the integration with Microsoft tools like Project does. However, you can import bulk tasks using a CSV file. Leave yourself some time to make the transition from Excel project tracking to Wrike. Superb project management tool for tracking all activities of team Overall every feature of Wrike seems to be outstanding with its excellent designing.
I would say it is the most impressive and powerful tool for the completion of numerous projects. Pros What I like most about Wrike is its ability of having options of multiple charts in order to display timelines perfectly. It consists of a lot of set up features along with outstanding ability of creating custom folders. There is wide range of flexibility of viewing tasks as well as projecting regimes. I would say Wrike is very functional and attractive software. Cons No doubt Wrike is perfect software.
One of the issues is that when I need to see different statuses that were already saved in different folders then what I have to face is that not only the status appears to be changed but also it affects all folders equally. I am sure Wrike's efficient team will overcome this issue as soon as possible. Wrike - Great control in project management. The work processes have undoubtedly had great advances. Wrike has supported us in the administration and organization of all the work. It is totally customizable, I can configure and adapt everything to my requirements, in this way I make sure to keep a pleasant experience in the software and with this everything becomes much simpler.
Pros Wrike handles an endless number of wonderful options that, with the help of a fairly complete interface, lead to an effective management of jobs, progressively and with very good resolves each and every one of the projects you have. Communication is another of the things I like about this platform, in a quick and easy way I can search among my contacts any work colleague with whom I need to exchange information. It is much easier to achieve the project objectives, with the record of the hours invested by each member of the team plus the corresponding activities, it is easier to complete projects and have the project's completion time. Cons It is extremely necessary to keep a control and annotations on the day of completion of a project or the days of important events, for it would be easier if you had on hand a calendar to be able to visualize the days and weeks much better. In my opinion it can be a bit expensive, most of my work team uses the software for different important functions in the day of work and the cost has not helped to keep integrating more, it would be better if there was a payment plan for a large work team. Impressive product! We recently started using Wrike to coordinate communication between departments and to get everyone out of the email loops.
We have several new projects that needed input from many departments and this product worked like a champ. We were able to coordinate tasks and set timelines to allow each department an option to delegate within their team before showing the task as completed. The timelines were easy to assign and helped manage executive expectations. I would highly recommend this product!
Pros Ease of use and limited training needed. Coordinates projects and allows access to several people at different levels. Daily reminders to keep your team on task. Comprehensive reporting to help manage projects Cons can be hard to assign roles at the level you may want.
Would like to group email notifications to limit a response each time a project is updated. Wrike is great! This software saved us when our taskload threatened to become totally unmanageable. Not only can we assign ourselves tasks and delegate to other employees, but we can even allow an unlimited (and free) number of collaborators, which we use to let clients see certain tasks and participate in project discussions. Pros we can add things to our todo lists directly via the app, delegate to employees, and sort by any criteria we come up with such as client, feature, and project.
Cons as with any cloud service, the system is a bit rigid in terms of what it does and doesn't do, and you cannot customize it beyond what the settings allow. However, this is a fairly minor issue as it's highly flexible. Adequate project management software Effective and scaleable program that keeps everyone connected and on schedule. Pros It is extremely scaleable and keeps up with the needs of a growing business, while still allowing for granular viewing of specific items and projects and communication between stakeholders.
Cons There is a little getting used to the program and how to navigate into specific projects depending on your permissions level. Takes some time to work out. Not a real problem with a competent admin.
Abundant in functions software Pros Wrike is a software that helps big teams work remotely, organize tasks, delegate responsibilities and make more things together. Moreover, it is a perfect project management tool for large businesses and it offers structured features and options.
Cons In addition, the service offers many different features, but there are no resources for training. It might be a little bit confusing for untrained users. Also, it would be great to see the reporting features and chat for customers.
